Education Qualification :
HR&A : Graduate in any discipline with MBA (2 years’ full time course) / MHRM (2 years’ full time course) with specialization in Personnel Management / IR / HR or PostGraduate Degree / Diploma (2 years’ full time course) with specialization in Personnel Management / IR / HR from a University recognized by UGC / Institute approved by AICTE or from IIMs / XLRI / IIT B – Schools.

1. Computer Based Test (CBT)
2. Personal Interview
Age Limit : 32 Years.

Salary : Basic Pay Rs. 56,100/- in the Pay Scale of Rs. 56,100 – 1,60,500/- Pay Level 8 of WBPDCL ROPA – 2020
