Eligibility Criteria
1. Research Associate (RA):
1. Disciplines: Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science & Engineering, Mechanical, and Physics.
2. Qualifications: Candidates must possess a PhD or First-Class M.E./M.Tech with relevant research experience.
3. Specializations: Deep Learning, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Real-Time Systems, Structural and Thermal Analysis, Power Electronics, RF & Microwave, Radar Engineering, and Experimental Quantum Optics.
4. Experience Requirement: M.Tech candidates need 3 years of research experience, while M.Sc. in Physics candidates require 4 years of relevant research experience with published papers in SCI journals.
2. Junior Research Fellow (JRF):
1. Disciplines: Electrical & Electronics, Computer Science, IT, Mechanical, Aeronautical/Aerospace Engineering, Physics, and Chemistry.
2. Qualifications: First-Class B.E./B.Tech with a valid GATE score, or First-Class M.E./M.Tech in the relevant domain. M.Sc. graduates in Chemistry and Physics require valid NET/GATE/SLET scores.
3. Tenure: Initially for 2 years, extendable to 3rd and 4th years as Senior Research Fellow (SRF) based on performance.
Age Limit & Relaxations
1. Research Associate (RA): Maximum 35 years.
2. Junior Research Fellow (JRF): Maximum 28 years.
3. Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC candidates.
