Introduction :
The HSCST Fellowship Program 2025 by the Haryana State Council for Science, Innovation, and Technology offers a great chance for Ph.D. aspirants in Science and Engineering fields. This fellowship aims to support innovative research and encourage higher education in Haryana. Selected candidates will receive a ₹35,000 monthly stipend along with additional allowances. Students who have qualified CSIR-NET or UGC-NET (JRF) can apply for this program. 1. Program Overview :
The HSCST Fellowship Program 2025 is designed to promote research and innovation among the youth of Haryana. It provides financial support to students pursuing Ph.D. degrees in Science, Engineering, and Technology streams.
2. Objective of the Program :
The objective is to create opportunities for young researchers to contribute to scientific and technological development. The program ensures that talented students continue their research without financial burden.
3. Eligibility Criteria :
1. The applicant must be a resident of Haryana.
2.  Must have qualified CSIR-NET (JRF) or UGC-NET (JRF) in Life Science, Physical Science, Chemical Science, Mathematical Science, or Engineering Science.
3.  Must be enrolled in a recognized university/institute for a Ph.D. program.
4. Fellowship Benefits : 
1.  A monthly fellowship of ₹35,000.
2.  Additional House Rent Allowance (HRA) and other benefits as per rules.
3.  Duration covers the entire Ph.D. course subject to satisfactory progress.
