IWAI Internship Notification 2025: Eligibility, Benefits, Stipend & How to Apply Online

1. Programme Introduction
The Inland Waterways Authority of India (IWAI) has invited applications for its Internship Programme. The initiative aims to provide students with hands-on exposure and practical training in the inland waterways sector.
2. Eligibility Criteria
Students eligible to apply include:
1. Those pursuing Undergraduate degree programmes
2. Students enrolled in Postgraduate courses or Research Scholar programmes
3. Applicants must have a minimum of 75% marks in Class 12, as per the requirements
4. All education must be from recognized institutions
3. Selection Process
1. Selection will be based on the academic performance of the candidate
2. Previous records, subject interest, and academic consistency will be considered
3. The final selection will be made by the IWAI selection committee
4. Duration of Internship
1. The internship will be for a duration of 6 weeks

1. Rs.10,000 per month for Undergraduate students
2. Rs. 20,000 per month for Postgraduate students and Research Scholars
3. Rs. Stipend will be transferred directly to the intern’s bank account
