NIT Calicut Summer Internship Program 2026
1. Program Overview
NIT Calicut is inviting applications for its Summer Internship Program for the year 2026. The program is designed to provide research and practical experience to eligible students.
2. Internship Duration & Modes
The program offers two different durations with specific delivery formats:
(i) 60-Day Internship: Conducted in Offline mode.
(ii) 30-Day Internship: Available in Online or Hybrid mode.
3. Important Dates & Deadlines

Reporting (60-Day Option) Between May 4 and May 15, 2026
Completion (60-Day Option) By July 15, 2026
Reporting (30-Day Option) On or before June 15, 2026
4. Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this internship, applicants must meet the following requirements:
Academic Level: Students pursuing Undergraduate (UG), Postgraduate (PG), or equivalent degrees.
Student Status: Must be a regular, full-time student.
Minimum Academic Standing:
(i) A minimum CGPA of 6.5 (on a 10-point scale) OR
(ii)A minimum of 65% marks in the previous semester.
