Education Qualification
The applicant must be 35 years of age as on the closing date of receipt of the application. [Note - The upper age limit will be relaxable to the candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and OBC as per Government of India orders.]
The applicant must hold a Ph.D. degree in Ocean Sciences or relevant allied subjects preferably with experience in the field of Physical Oceanography. OR
The applicant must have 3 years of research or teaching experience after an M.Tech degree (Ocean Technology/Ocean Engineering) with at least one research paper in a Science Citation Indexed (SCI) journal in the field of Physical Oceanography.
