Rashtriya Gram Swaraj Abhiyan Internship 2026
1. Program Overview
The internship is part of the Rashtriya Gram Swaraj Abhiyan (RGSA) initiative. It aims to engage young talent in various ministerial programs focused on rural governance and development.
2. Eligibility Criteria
The ministry is looking for candidates who are either currently pursuing or have completed their studies (within the last two years) in the following levels:
(i) Graduation
(ii) Post-Graduation
(iii) Research Courses (M.Phil/PhD)
(iv) Post-Doctoral studies
3. Relevant Fields of Study
Applicants should have a background in one of the following subjects:
(i) Public Policy / Social Policy
(ii) Development Studies / Rural Development
(iii) Economics
(iv) Governance & Public Administration
(v) Business Administration / Management
(vi) Statistics / Data Analysis
(vii) Engineering
(viii) Other related subjects
4. Benefits & Recognition
(i) Stipend: Selected interns will receive a monthly stipend of ₹7,000.
(ii) Certification: A certificate will be awarded upon the successful completion of the internship.
