Teach for India Fellowship 2023
Teach for India Fellowship 2023 is an opportunity offered by Teach for India (a non-profit organisation) to young students of universities and workplaces to serve as full-time teachers to the wards belonging to the lower-income class. Under this fellowship, the selected fellows will be exposed to the grassroots realities of India’s education system and cultivate the knowledge, skills, and mindsets needed to attain positions of leadership in and beyond education, working collectively to build a vibrant movement for educational equity across India. The selected fellows will receive a monthly salary of INR 20,412 and a housing allowance ranging from INR 5,300 to INR 10,000, depending on the city in which they will stay. In addition, fellows will receive an allowance for school supplies.
Eligibility Teach for India Fellowship 2023
Education Qualification
be either an Indian citizen or a foreign national of Indian origin
have completed all coursework required for an undergraduate degree (Bachelor’s degree equivalent) from an accredited college or university by the last week of May 2023
be fluent in the English language
