TISS Guwahati Summer Internship Programme 2022 is an opportunity offered by the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS)*, Guwahati to B.Tech./M.Tech./M.Sc. or final year postgraduate degree students. The selected candidates are required to work on the DST-SERB project - “Occurrence of pharmaceutical and personal care products and Associated Antibiotic Resistance in the Aquatic Environment: A Correlation Perspective with urban Bionetwork” under the POWER scheme at the Centre for Ecology, Environment and Sustainable Development, Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Guwahati Off-Campus. The selected candidates will receive INR 5,000 per month for two months.

Education Qualification
be a B.Tech./M.Tech/M.Sc. degree (Biotechnology/Microbiology/Environmental Science) student OR
be a final year postgraduate student from the discipline of Environmental Science/Biotechnology/Microbiology or allied subjects
have experience in Field sampling, Microbiological studies/antibiotic
Benefits For TISS Guwahati Summer Internship Programme 2022
Financial support for other activities like travel, boarding and lodging will not be provided. The student will have to make their own arrangements to stay during the dissertation period.
