West Bengal Merit Cum Means Scholarship 2023 is an opportunity offered by the West Bengal Minorities Development & Finance Corporation under the Minority Affairs and Madrasah Education Department, Government of West Bengal to provide financial assistance to students belonging to minority communities and EWS category of West Bengal. The selected candidates will receive a sum of up to INR 33,000 per annum as admission fees and maintenance allowance.
