Age Limit : Candidates should have age up to fifty eight (58) years OR below from it as cut off from last date of submit the application.
Educational : Candidates should have Medical Qualification included in the 1st or 2nd Schedule or Part II of the 3rd Schedule or sub section (3) of Section 13 of IMC Act, 1956 and Equivalent.
Fee : The application fee is Rs.1000 (For GEN & OBC) and Rs.800 for ST, SC Category paid via online.
