Pay Scale : ₹ 15600 - 39100 + GP ₹ 5400, ₹ 9300 - 34800 + GP ₹ 4600, ₹ 5200 - 20200 + GP ₹ 2000
Educational :
- Assistant General Manager -> Graduate Degree in any discipline from a recognised University and professional qualification like MBA in Finance/CA/ICWA with 5 years experience in Finance in any reputed organisation.
- Manager (Marketing) -> Graduate from a reputed university with five years experience in marketing or post graduate / MBA in marketing with two years experience in any reputed organisation.
- Manager (Tech) -> B.E./ B. Tech/ B. Pharma Degree with two years experience in plant operation/ maintenance.
- Junior Technician -> 10th with ITI (Air-conditioning/ Welding/ Electrical).
