The Government of West Bengal, Burdwan University is invited application for fifty eight (58) posts of Professor, Assistant and Associate Professor. Only Indian citizens can apply for these posts. Age Limit  :    The lower age limit should be 18 years as on the date of applying.


Educational  :    The candidates who are interested in these posts must possess the qualification of Master Degree with 55% score | Qualify in NET/ SET/ SLET OR PhD Degree and Equivalent. For more information about the qualifications must refer the notification.


Fee  :   Interested candidates must pay the fee of Rs.1500/- (Rs.1000 for Reserved Caste) through the DD in favour of the Finance Officer of the University of Burdwanb or by a challan of the university on the cash counter.


How  of Apply  :    The candidates before applying for these posts must visit the website www.buruniv.ac.in and read the instructions. After reading the instructions the candidates can download the application form from the website. The candidates must fill the form according to the prescribed format. After completion of form, the candidates are advised to send the application form along with the relevant documents to The Office of Registrar, Burdwan University, Rajbati, Burdwan (PIN Code 713 104). If the candidates not fulfilled the requirements then their application form will be rejected.
