Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) invites Online Recruitment Drive from Male and Female Indian citizens for the combatised post of Assistant Sub-Inspector (Steno) in CRPF for filling up of vacancies, through online direct recruitment. The Online registration start from 27th March 2017 and close on 25th April 2017.

Pay Scale : Label 5 in the pay matrix ₹ 29,200 to 92,300/- (old scale 5200-20,200 + Grade Pay ₹ 2800/-)
Educational :
- (1) Candidates must have passed Intermediate (Matric with Class 12th) (under 10+2 system) or equivalent examination from a board or university recognized by Central or State Government.
- (2) Two or Three year Diploma certificate in technical education done after 10th class is not equivalent to intermediate (10+2).
- Skill Test (On computer): Dictation : 10 minutes @ 80 words per minute, Transcription time - 50 minutes in English or 65 minutes in Hindi on computer.
Fee : Male candidates belonging to General(UR) and OBC category are required to pay examination fee of ₹ 100/- only. The fee can be made through SBI Challan (Bank Challan other than SBI will not be accepted) / Net banking through any bank / Credit / Debit Card of any bank. No fee for All Women candidates and candidates belonging to SC, ST and Ex-Servicemen.
