Age Limit : Candidates applied for the GEN Caste must have age below from 50 years but for reserved category the upper age bar would be relaxed as per norms.
Educational : Candidates should have MBBS | Post Graduate Medical Degree/ Diploma | MD | MDS | MS | DM | DNB | MCH and Equivalent.

Fee : Rs.500 for general caste paid by candidates in the shape of State Bank of India challan.
