How to Apply : Interested candidates may appear for Interview along with Two sets of attested copies S.S.C. certificate, Study certificate from class IV to X, MD/ MS/ DNB (from Medical College only) / MBBS Certificates, Caste Certificate & Four Passport Size Photographs at the time of Interview.
