Himachal Pradesh (HP) Prisons Recruitment 2017

The office of The Director General of Prisons & Correctional Services Himachal Pradesh (HP Prisons) is coming forward with fresh career prospect against order number 12 dated 15th March, 2017 for selection of thirty nine (39) candidates on the vacant posts of Male Warders. The vacancies are opened under different districts like Chamba, Bilaspur, Hamirpur, Kinnaur, Kangra, Kullu, L&Spiti, Sirmour, Shimla, Solan, Mandi and Una.



Name & Total Post  :    The Himachal Pradesh Prisons & Correctional Services Department has total thirty nine (39) vacant posts of Male Warders.


Age Limit  :   Candidates belongs with UR community should have age from eighteen (18) years to twenty three (23) years. Candidates of reserved caste will get relaxation in upper age bar as per norms.


Educational   :   Candidates should have passed certificate of 10+2 & bonafide resident of Himachal Pradesh State and registration under any one of employment exchange in HP and Equivalent.


Selection Mode  :    The appointment of candidates will be on the base of score obtained during written exam and interview.


Fee  :   The application fee for UR community is Rs.150 and for ST, OBC & SC category is only Rs.40 paid via crossed Bank Draft in favour of H.P. Prisons Recruitment Board, Shimla (PIN Code 171 009).
