Sc or HS with Diploma from a Govt. recognized University / Institute with relevant experience. Bachelor Degree/Master’s Degree from a Govt. recognized University / Institute with relevant experience. HS with Diploma from a Govt. recognized University / Institute with relevant experience. Lib. from a Govt. recognized University / Institute with relevant experience.
