Government of India, National Center for Seismology, Ministry of Earth Sciences (MoEs), New Delhi has announced a notification for the recruitment of Project Scientist B & C vacancies for the project titled “Seismological Networks and Data Centre” on temporary basis. Name & Total Post :
- 1. Project Scientist ‘B’: 08 Posts
- 2. Project Scientist ‘C’: 04 Posts
Age Limit : Candidates age limit should be 35 years for Post 1, 40 years for Post 2. Age relaxation is applicable by 5 years for SC/ ST, 3 years for OBC candidates.
Educational : Candidates should possess Post Graduation Degree (M.Tech./ M.Sc.(Tech)/ M.Sc.) in Geophysics/ Geology/ Seismology/ B.E./ B.Tech in Electronics & Communication/ IT/ Computers/ Post Graduation Degree (M.Sc.) in Physics for Post 1, Post Graduation Degree (M.Tech/ M.Sc.(Tech)/ M.Sc.) in Geophysics/ Geology/ Seismology/ B.E./ B.Tech in Electronics & Communication/ IT/ Computers/ MCA or equivalent for Post 2 from a recognized university/ institution with 60% of marks.
Selection Process : Candidates will be selected based on interview.
