- Field Worker : 01 Post
- Community Health Workers : 04 post
Educational :
- For Field Worker : 12th pass in science subjects with two years field work experience.
- For Community Health Workers : High School or equivalent.
Age Limit : Maximum age limit is 30 years .
Selection Process : Selection will be based on interview.
Application Fee : There is no application fee.
How to Apply : Interested Candidates may appear for interview along with relevant documents, experience certificate & recent passport size photograph at the time of interview.
