National Test House Recruitment 2017

National Test House, Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food & Public Distribution, Department of Consumer Affairs, Krishi Bhawan, New Delhi-110001 invites applications in the prescribed Application Form from eligible candidates for appointment to the following posts in different regions of National Test House, a subordinate office under the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food & Public Distribution, Department of Consumer Affairs on regular basis subject to successfully completion of probation period.

• Electric Welder   :   26 Post 
• Multi Tasking Staff (Technical)  :  27 Post 

Age Limit     :
 

• (a) Electric Welder -> Between 18 to 25 years. Age relaxation in respect of SC, ST, OBC, Ex-Servicemen & PH candidate will be governed as per extant rule (relaxable for Govt. Servants up to the age of 40 years in the Case of general candidates and 45 years in the case of candidates belonging to SCs/ STs in accordance with the instructions or Orders issued by the Central Govt.) 
• (b) MTS (Technical) -> 18 to 25 years Age relaxation in respect of SC, ST, OBC, Ex-Servicemen & PH candidate will be governed as per extant rule.

Pay Scales   :   
 

• (a) Electric Welder -> ₹ 5200-20200/- + Grade Pay- ₹ 1900/- (as per 6th CPC) & Level-2 of Pay Matrix (under 7th CPC) 
• (b) Multi Tasking Staff -> ₹ 5200-20200/- + Grade Pay- ₹ 1800/- (as per 6th CPC) & Level-1 of Pay Matrix (under 7th CPC)

Educational    :    
 

• Electric Welder ->
• (1) Essential - 10th (Matric) class pass with science or equivalent and Industrial Training Institute (ITI) Trade Certificate in the welding trade from a recognized Institute or Organization. 
• (2) Desirable - Experience in welding in a workshop.
• Multi Tasking Staff ->
• (1) Essential - 10th (Matric) class pass or equivalent pass with science from a recognized State Board or equivalent. 
• (2) Desirable - Experience as Laboratory Attendant.
