- The Candidate Must Have Possessed M.B.B.S. Or Equivalent Degree From A Medical College Or Medical Institution Recognized By The Medical Council Of India.
- The Candidate Must Have A Valid Registration Certificate Under The Odisha Medical “Registration Rules 1965”; And
- Possessed Required Conversion Certificates Recognized By Medical Council Of India (MCI) In Case Of Candidate Having Degrees From University Of Foreign Countries.

- Minimum Age Limit: 21 Years
- Maximum Age Limit: 32 Years
Application Fee : Non-Refundable And Non-Adjustable Fee Of ₹300 (Rupees Three Hundred) Only. Candidates Belonging To Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe Of Odisha And Persons With Disability, Whose Permanent Disability Is More Than 40% Are Exempted From Payment Of This Fee.
