Surat Municipal Corporation has announced notification for the recruitment of Medical Record Officer & Telephone Operator Vacancies. Eligible candidates can apply on or before 01-02-2018. Name & Total Post   :  

• 1. Medical Record Officer: 01 post
• 2. Telephone Operator: 12 posts

Age Limit   :     Candidates age should be between 18 to 35 years for Post No.2, 7 & 8, 45 years for Post No.6, 48 years for Post No.3.


Educational   :     Candidates should possess Degree & Diploma in Medical Record Technology for Medical Record Officer, Any Degree with Experience in relevant field for Telephone Operator.


Selection Process  :    Selection will be based on Written Exam.


Application Fee    :    Candidates have to pay Rs. 25/- through Indian Postal Order.


How to Apply  :       Eligible candidates can send their application in the prescribed format along with copies of all necessary documents affixing Rs.5/- (23cm x 10cm) postal stamps on top of the envelope addressed to Office of the Superintendent (Central Office), Room No.75, First floor, Surat Municipal Corporation, Muglisar, Surat on or before 01-02-2018.
