- Degree in Mechanical or Production or Industrial or Electrical or Chemical Engineering or Textile Technology for Post 1
- Degree in Electrical Engineering for Post 2, B.E. (Agriculture) or B. Tech (Agricultural Engineering)
- B.Sc (Agricultural Engineering)/ B.E. in Mechanical/ Civil/ B.Tech (Automobile Engineering) or B.E. Production Engineering) or Industrial Engineering for Post 3
- Degree in Civil Engineering/ have passed in section A and B Examination(AMIE) in Civil Engineering Branch conducted by the Institution of Engineers(India) and practical training in surveying for a period of not less than one year for Post 4.
