Eligibility Criteria for www.uprvunl.org Recruitment 2016 :
Age Limit : Candidates age limit should be in between 21 years to 40 years as on 01st Jan 2016. Age relaxation will be applicable as per government norms.
Educational Qualification :
· Knowledge of Hindi in Devanagari Script.
· Bachelor's Degree from a recognized University or an equivalent qualification, and Post Graduate degree or diploma in Industrial Relations & Personnel Management or Social work from a recognized University or from an Institution recognized by the state or Central Govt, or Master's Degree in Business Administration (With specialization on Personnel Management)
· At least 03 years practical experience of working independently in the field of Labor & Industrial Relations & Labor welfare etc. in any Electricity Board or Electricity Undertaking or in a large Industrial Establishment including experience of conducting of cases before labor Courts/ Tribunals.
· Preferential qualification - A Degree in Law from a recognized University.
Welfare Officer –
· Knowledge of Hindi in Devanagari Script;
· Degree of a University established by Law.
· A degree from any University established by Law in Social Sciences or Labor Welfare or Industrial Relations and Personnel Management;
· A diploma in Social Sciences or Labor Welfare or Industrial Relations and Personnel Management from any University or Institutions specified in the schedule. Two years experience of working in Labor Welfare of any factory.

· For Personnel Officer - ₹ 700/- for Reserved Category candidates, ₹ 1000/- for all other Candidates;
· For Welfare Officer - ₹ 500/- for Reserved Category candidates, ₹ 700/- for all other Candidates.
