The Chief Medical Officer of health, Basirhat Health District is going to designate two (02) job seekers against the vacant rank of Counsellor and Medical Officer on contract basis. The WB Health Family Welfare Dept is a wing of state government which is engaged in maintenance of health care, sanitation and cleanliness of state. The state of West Bengal is quiet a large state so the government has best bestowed the power to West Bengal Health & Family Welfare Department which makes the necessary decisions regarding health and welfare services. As per a survey almost 80% of cost the services provided by the government in health care are for free.

Age Limit : Candidates must have age below from 40 years if applied for Counsellor posts and 63 years for MO jobs but for reserved caste the upper age limit will be as per given in below given notification.
Educational : The certificate Graduation in Social Work/ Psychology/ Human Development/ Anthropology/ Sociology | MBBS Doctor and Equivalent is required to apply.
