Educational Qualification :
1. Graduation (any discipline) or equivalent qualification from a recognized University.
2. For Integrated Dual Degree (IDD) certificate, date of passing (date appearing on the mark sheet) the IDD must be on or before 1st January
3. Ex-servicemen with matriculate certificate who have obtained the Indian Army Special Certificate of Education or corresponding certificate from Air Force or Navy after completing minimum 15 years of service in Armed Forces are also eligible for the post.
