Educational Qualification :
(i) The candidate must be an Indian citizen.
(ii) Must possess Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
(iii) Technical Qualifications:-
(a) Diploma holder in Civil Engineering awarded in Non-Distance Mode (Regular Course) by an Institute recognized by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi or equivalent qualification (in the relevant subject as declared equivalent to Diploma under the Schedule titled "Major Disciplines, their corresponding Courses and Relevant/Appropriate Branch of Diploma in Engineering and Technology" of the Approval Process Hand Book issued by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi).

(b) Holder of Diploma in Civil Engineering awarded in Non-Distance Mode (Regular Course) by a University established under the provisions of the UGC Act or a Deemed University or Diploma in equivalent qualification awarded in Non-Distance Mode by the University or Deemed University.
