Educational Qualification:  
 
Stenographer - Chief Pay & Accounts Office : 
 
(i) Passed Senior School Certificate Examination (10+2) or equivalent from a recognized Board/Institution. 
(ii) Should pass in Shorthand and Typewriting examination with a speed of 80 words per minute in Shorthand and 40 words per minute in Typewriting. (iii) Should qualify in the written examination as well as trade test conducted by the A & N Admn./SSC.
 
Lower Division Clerk - Chief Pay & Accounts Office: 
 
(i) 12th Class pass qualification from a recognized Board or Institution. 
(ii) A typing speed at 35 words per minute in English on Computer or at 30 words per minute in Hindi on Computer (Time allowed 10 minutes); 35 words per minute and 30 words per minute correspond to 10500 KDPH/9000 KDPH on an average of 05 key depressions for each word.

Mechanical Foreman - Environment & Forests : Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized Institution.
 
Forester - Environment & Forests: 
 
(1) Senior Secondary Examination (10+2) passed in Science from a recognized Board.
(2) Physical Standard (minimum): Height - General (Male) 163 cm, (Female) 150 cm; ST (Male) 152 cm, (Female) 145 cm. Chest Normal - General (Male) 84 cm, (Female) 79 cm; ST (Male) 84 cm, (Female) 79 cm. Chest Expanded - General (Male) 89 cm, (Female) 84 cm; ST (Male) 89 cm, (Female) 84 cm. 
(3) Must pass written Recruitment Tests: English & General Knowledge, Science (Physics, Chemistry, Maths & Biology). 
(4) Must pass physical endurance test of 25 kms walk for males and 14 kms for females to be completed in 4 hours. 
(5) Selected candidates will have to successfully complete Forestry Training Course on appointment.
 
Stenographer (OG) - Environment & Forests:
 
(1) Must have passed Senior Secondary School Certificate (XII Std.) from a recognized Board/Institution.

Veterinary Compounder - Environment & Forests: A. Passed in Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination (XII Std.) in Science Stream from a recognized Institution/Board. B. Diploma in Animal Husbandry/Veterinary Pharmacy/Livestock extension or equivalent from a recognized Institute or Board (minimum 02 years Course). C. Must qualify the written Recruitment Test/Computer Based Test conducted by the Department/Administration or any authorized agency. D. Must qualify Physical Endurance Test.
 
Patwari - Deputy Commissioner SA:
 
(i) Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination (12th Class) from a recognized board. 
(ii) Should qualify written test. Note: Selected candidates must undergo requisite training and pass the departmental examination for Patwaries in three chances following completion of training, failing which service will be liable for termination.
 
Soil Conservation Field Assistant - Agriculture:
 
(i) Pass in Senior Secondary School Certificate (10+2) in Science Stream with Biology as one of the subject from a recognized board/institute. (OR) 
(ii) Matriculation or its equivalent with ITI Trade Certificate course in Survey or Draftsmanship. Note: Selected candidates must undergo Soil Conservation Training Course of not less than one year duration.
 
Agriculture Field Assistant - Agriculture:
 
(i) Pass in Senior Secondary School Certificate (10+2) in Science Stream with Biology as one of the subject from a recognized board/university. 
(ii) Should qualify written test to be conducted by the Staff Selection Commission/Administration.
 
Godown Keeper - Disaster Management: 
 
(i) Senior Secondary School Examination (XII Std.) passed from a recognized Board/Institution. 
(ii) One year Diploma in Computer Applications.
 
Laboratory Assistant - Education: Must have passed Senior Secondary School Examination with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as subjects from a recognized Board/Institution.
 
Sub-Inspector of Fisheries: 
 
(1) Pass in Senior School Certificate Examination (XIIth Std.) in Science stream with Biology as one of the subjects from a recognized Board/Institution. (OR)

Plaster Room Technician - Health Service:

Note: Experience qualifications are relaxable at the discretion of the Lt. Governor for SC and ST candidates.

Marine Radio Operator - Shipping Service Afloat: 
 
1. 12th Pass or equivalent. 
2. Certificate of proficiency in GMDSS (GOC) issued by the Ministry of Communication and its equivalent. 
3. Pass in Trade Test. 
4. Vision Normal in both eyes, colour vision is essential and wearing of glass is not permitted upto the age of 40 years.

(iii) Diploma in computer application for one year course from the recognized Govt. Organization/Institution.

1. Sr. Secondary School Examination (XII) Pass from a recognized Board/Institution. 
2. Should qualify the written examination. 
3. On Computer typing speed of 35 Word Per Minute in English or 30 Word Per Minute in Hindi (Corresponding to 10500 KDPH/9500 KDPH on average of 5 key depression for each word).
 
IT Analyst - Information Technology:
 
A) (i) Diploma in Computer Engineering of 3 years duration after (10+2) from recognized institution. (OR) Post Diploma in Computer Application or post graduate diploma in Computer Application (after 3 years Diploma in any Engineering field or Degree in Science from a recognized institution). (OR) Pass in Senior Secondary School Certificate (XII Std.) from a recognized Institution/Board or University with one year Certificate Course in Computer Application/Programming from a recognized institution. Note: Higher qualification in the field of IT such as BE/B.Tech (Comp. Science or IT), BCA, MCA, ME/M.Tech (Comp. Science or IT) etc. from recognized institutions being higher than Diploma will be eligible. And 
(B) (i) Should qualify written proficiency test. (ii) Should possess a speed of not less than 6000 key depression per hour for data entry work and should qualify the Aptitude test.
 
Tally Clerk - Port Management Board : 
 
(i) Must have passed Sr. Sec. School Certificate Examination (XII std.) from a recognized board/institute. 
(ii) Should possess certificate of atleast 3 months course in Computer application.
 
Marine Radio Operator - Port Management Board:
 
(i) Must have passed Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination (XII std.) with Physics, Chemistry & Maths. 
(ii) Should possess Certificate of Competency GOC in GMDSS or Certificate of proficiency in RTIM (General) issued by Ministry of Communication OR Certificate of wireless/Signal Communication OR Certificate of Wireless/Signal Communication issued by the Indian Navy. 
(iii) Should qualify in trade test. 
(iv) Vision: Normal in both eyes colour vision is essential.
 
Lower Grade Clerk - Secretariat A&N:
 
(1) Pass in Senior School Certificate Examination (XIIth Std.) or equivalent from a recognized Board/University. Should qualify in the written competitive examination conducted by the A&N Administration/SSC. 
(2) A typing speed of 30 w.p.m. in English or 25 w.p.m. in Hindi on manual typewriter (OR) A typing speed of 35 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi on Computer (35 w.p.m. and 30 w.p.m. correspond to 10500 KDPH/9000 KDPH on an average of 5 key depression for each word).
 
Stenographer (OG) - Secretariat A&N: 
 
(i) Must have passed Senior Secondary School Certificate (XIIth Std.) or equivalent from a recognized Board/University.

(ii) Should qualify in written exam to be conducted by the PBMC/Administration.
 
Lower Grade Clerk - Municipal Council:
 
1. Pass in Senior School Certificate Examination (XIIth std) from a recognized Board. 
2. Should qualify in a written test to be conducted by the council or authorized recruitment agency. 
3. A typing speed of 30 w.p.m. in English or 25 w.p.m. in Hindi on manual typewriter (or) 
4. A typing speed of 35 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi on Computer (35 w.p.m. and 30 w.p.m. correspond to 10500 KDPH/9000 KDPH on an average of 5 key depression for each word).
