Educational Qualification : Passed HSLC or equivalent examination from any Central/State recognised Board. Successfully completed 6 (six) months Recorder Certificate Class Course (RCCC) Training from Assam Survey & Settlement Training Centre, Dakhingaon, Guwahati-40 (except Sixth Schedule districts/other States). Proficiency in use of Computers and Information Technology with minimum 30 words per minute typing speed in Assamese/Bengali (Unicode).

Upper age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/MOBC/PwD and other reserved categories as per Assam Government rules.
