MP TET Primary Teacher (Music) Eligibility 2026
Educational Qualification :
Educational and professional qualification- It will be mandatory to possess the following qualification as per Schedule-3 of Rule-8 of Recruitment Rules 2018 and the rules amended from time to time-
And Master's degree in the relevant subject and two years Diploma in Elementary Education or its equivalent
Or
Masters degree with minimum 50% marks in the relevant subject and one year Masters degree in Education (B.Ed)
absence
Bachelor's degree with minimum 45% marks in the relevant subject and Master's degree (B.Ed.) in Education branch as per National Council of Teacher Education (Recognition, Norms and Procedure) Regulations issued from time to time in this regard.
Or
Higher Primary or its equivalent with at least 50% marks and four-year course in Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.)
Higher Primary or its equivalent with at least 50% marks and four-year baccalaureate degree in relevant subject (B.A. B. Ed. / B.Sc. B. Ed. or B.A. Ed. / B.Sc. Ed.)
Or
Masters degree with at least 50% marks in the relevant subject and one class B.Ed. (Special Education)
Note: Relaxation upto 5% in qualifying marks in educational qualification will be given to reserved categories like SC, ST, OBC and Disabled candidates.
Regarding Primary teacher (Sanskrit) of Sanskrit school, the minimum educational qualification would be Shastri degree in second class from a recognized institute/university with Sanskrit literature/grammar etc. Apart from this, it would be mandatory to be trained in B.A.D.D.El.Ed.
Note - The main subjects mentioned in column 1 and the subjects mentioned in column 2 of Appendix 1 (Chapter-2) concerned will be valid.
Age Limit : 18-40 years.

1. For unreserved candidates : Rs. 500/- per question paper
2. Only for SC/ST/OBC EWS and Divyaangjan candidates who are natives of Madhya Pradesh : Rs. 250/- per question paper
3. Online Application – Portal Fee of MP Online for candidates filling online application through Kiosk : Rs. 60/-
4. Portal fee on filling the form by logging in through additional registered citizen user : Rs. 20/-
