मैट्रिक : भारत में किसी भी मान्यता प्राप्त बोर्ड से कक्षा 10 वीं या हाई स्कूल पास।
इंटरमीडिएट : भारत में किसी भी मान्यता प्राप्त बोर्ड से 10+2 या इंटरमीडिएट परीक्षा पास।
स्नातक स्तर : भारत में किसी भी मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय / संस्थान से किसी भी क्षेत्र में बैचलर डिग्री।
आयु सीमा :
न्यूनतम आयु : 18 वर्ष
अधिकतम आयु : 30 वर्ष

1. सामान्य / ओबीसी / ईडब्ल्यूएस : रु. 100 / -
2. एससी / एसटी, पीडबीडी, ईएसएम उम्मीदवार : कोई आवेदन शुल्क नहीं
