Educational Qualification:
Eligibility (Mandatory): Only serving employees of AIESL are eligible. External / open market candidates are NOT eligible to apply.
DGCA Qualification (Mandatory): Must have passed all B1 or B2 Modules of DGCA knowledge examinations; OR hold a B1 DGCA License or B2 DGCA License within AIESL capability. RT License would be preferred.
Minimum Aviation Experience: Minimum 5 years of current practical maintenance experience on operating aircraft as prescribed under CAR 66, out of which at least 2 years must be in the services of AIESL.
Parent Vertical: Candidates will remain in their parent vertical (AIESL / AIX / AASL) and continue with the same type of employment arrangement (Permanent / Fixed Term) after acquiring requisite qualification and absorption in the respective cadre.
Fresh Application Requirement: Candidates who had applied against any previous AIESL notification for Trainee AME must apply afresh - prior applications will not be considered.
Age Limit: Maximum 52 years
Selection Process: Assessment of eligibility criteria by a duly constituted committee
