Educational Qualification:
Peon: Class 10 Pass from a recognized board or institution
Data Entry Operator: Graduation OR Class 12 with prescribed Modern Office Management Diploma; one-year Computer Diploma; Hindi and English typing certificate at 8,000 key depressions per hour
Assistant Grade-3: Graduation OR Class 12 with prescribed Modern Office Management Diploma; one-year Computer Diploma; Hindi or English typing certificate at 5,000 key depressions per hour
Store Keeper: Graduation OR Class 12 with prescribed Modern Office Management Diploma; one-year Computer Diploma; Hindi or English typing certificate at 5,000 key depressions per hour
Technical Assistant: Postgraduate Degree in relevant subject with at least Second Division and 2 years of experience in an equivalent position at a recognized institution
Research Assistant: Postgraduate Degree in relevant subject with at least Second Division and 2 years of experience in an equivalent position at a recognized institution
Laboratory Technician: Postgraduate Degree with at least Second Division in the relevant subject
Laboratory Assistant - Education: Bachelor's Degree in Education with at least Second Division
Accounts Assistant: Postgraduate Degree in Commerce with at least Second Division and One-Year Computer Diploma
Library Assistant: Bachelor's Degree in Library and Information Science with at least Second Division

1. Visit the official university website at www.smkvbastar.ac.in.
2. Open Career → Recruitment Portal → Applicant Login → New Registration.
3. Complete the online registration with the required details.
4. Receive the User ID and Password through the registered mobile number.
5. Return to Applicant Login and sign in using the registered credentials.
6. Open My Applications → Select Advertisement Number → Select Non Teaching Post → Apply for Selected Post.
7. Select Advertisement No. 3660/2026, 3662/2026 or 3666/2026 according to the position.
8. Enter the requested personal information and save the details.
9. Complete the educational qualification section.
10. Enter typing certificate details where applicable to DEO, Assistant Grade-3 or Store Keeper.
11. Upload the relevant educational, domicile, caste, computer qualification, experience and other prescribed certificates.
12. Upload a recent colour passport-size photograph and signature according to the notified size requirement of 30 KB to 100 KB.
13. Select two preferred examination-centre districts.
14. Review all information through Preview and Confirm.
15. Select Proceed to Payment and pay the applicable application fee.
