JEPC Eligibility 2026:
Educational Qualification:
State Programme Manager (HR Management): Master’s Degree in HR Management or Personnel Management or MBA in Human Resources/Personnel Management with minimum 55% marks along with Bachelor’s Degree in any stream with minimum 50% marks
Experience: Minimum 5 years in HR Management in Central/State Government, Semi-Government organisation or Public Sector Undertaking
State Programme Manager (Media, Publications and Communication Engagement): Master’s Degree in Mass Communication /Journalism with minimum 55% marks along with Bachelor’s Degree in any stream with minimum 50% marks
Experience: Minimum 5 years in media communication, PR and publications in Government/Semi-Government/Public Sector organisations
State Programme Manager (Digital and ICT): Graduate qualification in Computer Science/IT or prescribed B.Tech/B.E. qualification in Computer Science Engineering/Electrical & Electronics/ECE/IT with minimum marks as prescribed
Experience: Minimum 5 years in designing or implementation of Ed-Tech platforms, Smart Classes, IT Labs or related digital education/ICT work
State Programme Manager (Residential, KGBV and Out of School Children); Master’s Degree from a recognised University with minimum 55% marks
Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in girls’ education, residential schools, education of children and mainstreaming of Out of School Children
State Programme Manager (Procurement): Master’s in Finance/M.Com/MBA Finance/registered CA/ICWA/CS with minimum 55% marks along with Graduate Degree with minimum 50% marks
Experience: Minimum 5 years in tenders and public procurement at management level
District Programme Manager: Master’s Degree in any stream with minimum 55% marks
Experience: Minimum 3 years in Government organisations implementing Central/State Government sponsored schemes, particularly in the education field
Assistant Programme Manager: Bachelor’s Degree in any stream with minimum 55% marks
Experience: Minimum 2 years of work experience in education in Government organisations engaged in Central/State Government programmes
Expert EMIS: B.E./B.Tech in relevant Computer/IT/Electronics discipline or prescribed Computer/IT qualification with minimum 60% marks, or relevant PG Diploma as prescribed
Experience: Minimum 3 years in MIS Design/Development/Maintenance or Data Management & Analytics in Government/Semi-Government/Public Sector organisation
Assistant Computer Programmer: BCA or Graduation with minimum 55% marks with one-year PG Diploma in Computer Application, or Graduate qualification in IT/Data Science/Computer Science/Information Science
Experience: Minimum 2 years in DBA/Oracle/Software/Decoding/MIS/Education Technology/Programming in prescribed organisations
Finance Controller: M.Com with MBA Finance or CA/ICWA/CS from recognised University/Institution with minimum 55% marks
Experience: Minimum 5 years in Government organisations implementing Central/State Government sponsored schemes
Finance & Accounts Officer: Graduate in Commerce or CA/ICWA/CS Inter Level with minimum 55% marks
Experience: Minimum 3 years in Accounting in Government/Semi-Government/Public Sector organisation or other recognised institution
Accounts Officer: Graduate in Commerce or CA/ICWA/CS Inter Level with minimum 55% marks
Experience: Minimum 3 years in Accounting in Government/Semi-Government/Public Sector organisation or other recognised institution
Auditor: CA/CS Inter/ICWA with minimum 50% marks as prescribed
Experience: Minimum 2 years of Accounting experience in Government/Semi-Government/Public Sector organisation or recognised institution
Junior Engineer (Civil Works): Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognised institution with minimum 55% marks
Experience: in supervising building construction work in relevant Government/Semi-Government/PSU or other recognised organisation is desirabl
