Educational Qualification :
Laboratory Assistant : 10+2 with science having minimum six months Diploma or Certificate Course in Laboratory Science. 10+2
Library Assistant : Bachelor's Degree in Library Science or Graduation with a minimum one year Diploma in Library Science. Graduate
Driver Grade-II : 10th pass with driving license of Light Motor Vehicle (LMV) with (TRANS) Matric
Class-IV; Mirab; Store Khalasi; Attendant : Matriculation/ Std. X Pass from a Recognized Board of Secondary Education or equivalent Matric (Store Khalasi: no level printed)
VLW; Gram Sevika : 10+2 10+2
Driver-II : 10th Pass with driving license of light Motor Vehicle (LMV)/TRANS. Matric
Junior Assistant (9, 11 and 18) : Graduate from any recognized University with minimum 200 hrs. or 06 months certificate course in computer application from any Govt. recognized institute and to qualify type test with speed of not less than 35 words per minutes on computer key board. Graduate
Junior Instructor/Assistant Craftsman SOD/Craft Assistant/Craft Teacher (10) Bachelor Degree Fine Arts/Crafts. Or Bachelor of Design (B.Des) in Life Style & Accessory Design/Fashion /Leather / Accessories / Textile. Graduate
Technician-III : Two years National Trade Certificate/State Trade Certificate in relevant trade awarded by NCVT/SCVT. Matric
Receptionist : Minimum 3 years Diploma in Hospitality/Hotel/Travel & Tourism management from any recognized University or institute, with minimum six-month Certificate Course in Computer Applications from any Government recognized Institute. 10+2
Mechanic/Electrician/Fitter : Two years National Trade Certificate / State Trade certificate in Mechanic/Electrician/Fitter awarded by NCVT/SCVT. Matric
Painter : One year National Trade Certificate / State Trade certificate in Painter (General) awarded by NCVT/SCVT. Matric
Bearer : Minimum Qualification 10th passed with Diploma in Food & Beverages Service from Food & Craft Institute or any other Government recognized institute. Matric
Veterinary Pharmacist : 10+2 with Science.

How to Apply for LAHDC-KSSRB Recruitment 2026
1. Open the portal www.dssrbkargil.in and click the "New User Registration" link for one-time registration. Use your own mobile number and a valid, active personal e-mail ID, and keep both active during the recruitment cycle.
2. Fill in the basic and contact details and upload a scanned passport-size photograph and signature in JPEG format. The notice's application section allows 20 KB to 100 KB, while its instructions to candidates say 20 KB to 50 KB. The photograph should be about 3.5 cm (width) x 4.5 cm (height) and no more than three months old, with the face covering about 40% of the area (samples in Annexure-XV(A)).
3. Log in with the user ID and password sent to your registered e-mail. Check the advertisements and click "Apply Now" against the post.
4. Fill in the application. Write your name, father's name and date of birth exactly as in the Matriculation/Secondary certificate. Apply
separately for each category of post, and submit only one application per category of post.
5. Pay the fee online (Rs. 250 Unreserved, Rs. 200 other categories) by 27 November 2026.
6. Read the declaration at the end of the form, then submit. The application is then accepted provisionally, and no corrections are allowed after final submission.
7. Print the application form. You do not send it to the Board. A duly signed printed copy must be produced, with self-attested documents, at the scrutiny or Document Verification stage
