SSC JE Eligibility 2022
1. Candidate must have done Junior Engineer (Civil), CPWD – B.Tech. / B.E. / Diploma in Civil Engineering from some recognized Institute or University.
2. JE (Civil), Department of Posts – B.Tech. / B.E. / 3 years Diploma in Civil Engineering some recognized Institute or University.
3. SSC Junior Engineer (Civil), MES – B. Tech/ B.E. in Civil Engineering OR else 3 years Diploma in Civil Engineering from some recognized Institute or University as well as must have at least 2 years of work experience in Civil Engineering works.
Age Limit :
1. The age must not go beyond 32 years if applying for Junior Engineer (Civil, Electrical & Mechanical), Central Water Commission and CPWD
2. Age must be between18 to 27 years, if applying for Junior Engineer (Civil & Electrical), Department of Post and Junior Engineer (Surveying and Contract), MES
3. Age must not go beyond 30 years while applying for Junior Engineer (Civil, Electrical & Mechanical), MES
4. Ensure for age relaxation in the upper age limit in the reserved category according to the Government rules.
Application Fee :
1. General and OBC - Rs 100
2. Women/SC/ST/Physically handicapped and Ex-Servicemen - Exempted from fee payment
Selection Process :
1. The first step includes written examination or Paper I which is basically Objective Type. This is done in online mode and comprises of 200 marks
2. The second step includes written an examination or Paper-II which is a conventional type for 300 marks. This exam will appear in offline mode.
3. There will be no interview round. Selection will be done according to the marks obtained in these two papers
SSC JE Registration 2021
1. Click on the link mentioned above to apply online for SSC JE 2022.
2. Click on link of Apply Link provided on the page. The registration link will open up in new window.
3. Click on New Registration in SSC JE 2022 application window and click on register button.
4. In first step, candidates need to provide basic details like name, parents’ name, date of birth, email id, mobile number etc.
5. Click on submit button to submit your completed online application form of SSC JE 2022.Always verify your entire details before submitting the form. Candidates will be issued Registration ID for SSC JE 2022 exam.
6. Candidates are now required to login with the provided Registration ID, date of birth and password to complete registration for SSC JE 2022.
7. In the next step, candidates must upload photograph and signature following the requisites mentioned by SSC.
Photograph - The photograph must be clicked in front of white colour or light coloured background and must be more than 4 kb in size and less than 12 kb. The photograph resolution must be 100*120 pixels in width and height.
Signature - The signature should be in black or blue ink on white sheet. The scanned copy of signature must be in jpg format and it should be more than 1 kb in size and less than 12 kb. The resolution should be 40*60 pixels in width and height.
8. Login with registered ID and password to fill up the Part-II of the application form of SSC JE 2022.
9. After filling up the application form, candidates need to preview the entire application form of SSC JE 2022 once to look for any glitches in the form. Verify the entire data entered by you.
10. Click on Final Submit button after previewing the entire online application form.
