Educational Qualification :
A degree in Ayurveda or Five years degree or diploma in Ayurveda of the Board of Indian Medicine, Uttar Pradesh and Registration as a Vaidya with the Board of Indian Medicine, Uttar Pradesh and At least Six month’s professional experience of state Ayurvedic or Allopathic Hospital or dispensary.
Age Limit :
Minimum Age Limit : 21 Years
Maximum Age Limit : 40 Years

For Gen/OBC/EWS Candidates 105/-
For SC/ST/Ex-S Candidates of UP only 65/-
For PH Candidates 25/-
Salary Details :
Medical Officer : 56100 – 177500/- Level -10
