Bhumi Fellowship Program 2026
1. Program Overview
The Bhumi Fellowship is managed by Bhumi, one of India's largest independent youth volunteer non-profit organizations. The program aims to support young people who are committed to creating a social impact through community development initiatives.
2. Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the fellowship, applicants must meet the following requirements:
(i) Age: Between 21 and 30 years.
(ii) Education: Must hold a degree from a recognized institution.
(iii) Preferred Fields: While open to all, preference is given to graduates in Humanities, Social Sciences, Education, Management, Law, Engineering, Medicine, or related fields.
(iv) Qualities: A deep interest and commitment toward social work, community development, teaching, EdTech, or systemic change.
3. Financial Support
(i) Selected fellows will receive a monthly grant (stipend) of ₹25,500.
