Scholarship Opportunity in Animal and Dairy Science (2025-26)
1. Overview
The BGM Foundation has launched this scholarship to support meritorious students facing financial hurdles. The goal is to empower them to continue their education in the rapidly growing fields of Animal and Dairy Science in India.
2. Eligibility Criteria
To apply for this scholarship, candidates must meet the following requirements:
(i) Course Enrollment: Must be enrolled in a full-time postgraduate (PG) program at a recognized Indian institution.
(ii) Eligible Subjects: Veterinary Science
(iii) Animal Husbandry
(iv) Agriculture
(v) Dairy Science
(vi) Livestock Management
(vii) Fodder Management or related fields.
3. Academic Record: Minimum 50% marks (or equivalent CGPA) in the previous qualifying examination.
4. Family Income: Annual family income from all sources must be less than ₹8,00,000.
5. Scholarship Amount
The financial assistance is categorized based on the type of postgraduate course:
Student Category : Scholarship Amount
General PG Students : ₹36,000 per year
Professional PG Students : ₹75,000 per year
