Shastra Deep-Tech Excellence Fellowship: Bridging Research and Innovation 2026
1. Program Overview
The fellowship is organized by Shastra Venture Capital. Its primary goal is to support researchers and deep-tech innovators in transforming groundbreaking scientific research into practical, real-world solutions.
2. Eligibility Criteria
The program is open to a wide range of candidates, including:
(i) PhD and Post-Doctoral researchers.
(ii) Graduate and Post-Graduate students with proven research experience.
(iii) Engineers and Researchers currently working in academic laboratories.
(iv) Scientist-Founders and independent innovators.
3. Fellowship Benefits
Selected fellows will participate in a 16 to 18-week program. During this period, they can receive:
(i) Up to $100,000 (USD) in funding.
(ii) The funding is equity-free.
(iii) Additional financial support and resources.
